Global Perishable Goods Sales Professional

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our team in Porto, Portugal, with a focus on perishable goods.
This role requires a proactive and driven individual who can grow our customer base, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will deliver competitive proposals that add value to both our services and the company's results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to execute our commercial strategy.
- Drive the sale of maritime, air, and road freight services.
- Identify potential market niches and new clients to expand our customer portfolio.
- Design and analyze commercial proposals that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to coordinate commercial activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, focusing on selling air/sea reefer products.
- Strong familiarity with the geographical market and its business potential.
- A high level of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
