About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team in Aveiro. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients via various channels.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer inquiries and providing expert advice on account, technical, and financial matters. You will also contribute to process improvements and serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Address issues such as account setup, verification, login, financial matters, and technical challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through clear, open communication.
  • Uphold high standards of service in line with company policies.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to refine processes and improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French (C2 level).
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
