Business Development Representative for Spend Management Solutions

Pleo is revolutionizing spend management with a SaaS tool and physical pre-paid cards. We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build pipeline, qualify leads, and enable team growth in Lisbon.
As a key member of our commercial team, you'll thrive on sales targets and seek new ways to excel. With previous experience in similar sales roles, you'll leverage creative prospecting tools and empower your colleagues to succeed.
The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and fluent in Spanish and English. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow quickly in sales and make a significant impact on our mission to simplify invoices, reimbursements, and subscriptions.
We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 per year, plus benefits such as a private health insurance, 25 days of holiday, and wellbeing days. You'll also have access to LinkedIn Learning, paid parental leave, and an equity grant scheme.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Building pipeline through cold calling, social, and email outreach
- Qualifying potential deals before passing to Account Executives
- Using best-in-class tools for creative prospecting
- Enabling others and sharing best practices to drive results
