About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to own and manage customer issues from start to finish, providing timely and accurate solutions that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues via phone, email, or web.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to provide comprehensive support.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft products and services to stay up-to-date with the latest features and technologies.
- Participate in readiness programs and share expertise through technical coaching and mentoring.
- Engage with engineering teams to identify product defects and develop automation techniques.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex problems.
- Experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role within the technology sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies, Spark, Databricks, and SQL database integration.
- Coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure.
