Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Europe.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving sales and profitability, and executing global and local brand standards.
About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your people to achieve sales targets and store KPIs. You will also be responsible for promoting an inclusive and diverse culture, championing a positive work culture, and developing a robust internal talent pipeline.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need extensive retail management experience, a proven track record of delivering in a similar multi-site field management role, and excellent communication and influencing skills. You will also need to be fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
