Key Account Manager - Business Development Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Portugal. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing key client relationships to achieve business objectives
- Developing tailored strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients
- Monitoring account performance and implementing measures to improve profitability
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and account management (5 years minimum)
- Experience and networking in the financial services industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation and closing deals
We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
