**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bizay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the agenda of our Board members, supporting in preparing meetings and documentation, and planning and organizing meetings and trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the agenda of Board members
- Support in preparing meetings and documentation
- Plan and organize meetings and trips
- Travel management, events, and related logistics
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration and Secretary (or similar)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of English

- High written and oral communication capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics
