New Balance EMEA is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our global clients through various communication channels.
About the Team:
You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Our team is committed to providing top-notch support to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, who is fluent in French and Italian and has a high level of English proficiency. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop a sound understanding of our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €18,400.00 gross per year
- A 3-month temporary contract with a 1-month probation period
- Full-time hours (39 hours/week) with flexible working days and hours
