Our agency partner is looking for a Customer Support Agent (PPS), in Lisbon, Portugal

Job Title:
Customer Support Agent (PPS)

Location:
Lisbon, Portugal

Languages:
German + English

Experience: 3 years

Additional Benefits:

  • Performance bonus: 5% of base salary per year
  • Assistance from the real estate team
  • Reimbursement: 2.500€ if outside mainland Portugal; 1.250€ if within Portugal but more than 100 km away from Lisbon.
  • Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support
  • Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions within specified time limits
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for client issues
  • Determine when issues should be escalated to other departments or senior representatives
  • Collaborate with specialists to resolve help tickets
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs for the engineering team
  • Maintain and update jobrelated administrative forms

Requirements:
