Boston Scientific est une entreprise américaine qui développe, produit et commercialise des dispositifs médicaux à très haute valeur ajoutée technique. Elle est présente dans différents domaines thérapeutiques tels que l'Urologie/Gynécologie, la Cardiologie, l'Endoscopie, le CRM et le neuro-vasculaire.
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un Directeur Régional pour la division Urologie/Gynécologie, qui sera en charge du développement et de l'atteinte des objectifs sur la moitié de la France, pour une franchise / gamme de produits.
Missions principales : Garantir la bonne application de la politique commerciale de l'entreprise au niveau de sa couverture géographique;Identifier les pistes de développement national spécifiques pouvant générer un accroissement du chiffre d'affaires pour l'entreprise, tout en respectant les marges de la division;Négocier auprès des directions et acheteurs la vente d'équipements à usage unique mais aussi des biens d'investissement à forte valeur ajoutée;Diriger et animer la force de vente: accompagner les commerciaux sur le terrain, conseiller régulièrement sur l'approche commerciale et les messages à envoyer aux clients;Valider et suivre la réalisation des plans d'actions sectoriels de chaque collaborateur (visites accompagnées, suivi administratif, budget…);Suivre les résultats commerciaux individuels et collectifs et valider l'atteinte des objectifs;Maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les partenaires institutionnels et médicaux, les leaders d'opinion et participer à des salons, conférences, congrès…;Garantir la bonne gestion administrative des ventes au niveau régional;Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction commerciale, aussi bien pour les ventes que pour les informations collectées sur le terrain;Analyser des tableaux de bord quantitatifs et qualitatifs: interprétation des résultats, diffusion des informations et mise en œuvre des actions correctives nécessaires, suivi d'activité. En informer les équipes concernées (marketing, …) ainsi que la direction;Définir la stratégie marketing national en collaboration avec les chefs produits en fonction des besoins spécifiques terrain;Développer une équipe performante en fonction des attentes de la société et des besoins des collaborateurs de l'équipe;Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'organisation Grands Comptes cross-divisionnelle et l'équipe grands comptes de la division.Qualifications : Bac +3 minimum. Anglais courant.Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation commerciale, vous possédez une expérience réussie et confirmée en tant que manager d'une équipe de ventes dans l'équipement médical. La connaissance du milieu de l'Urologie/Gynécologie serait un atout.
Vous faites preuve de leadership afin de pouvoir emmener et accompagner les équipes et vous savez montrer l'exemple et développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs.
De plus, votre goût du terrain et vos qualités de communication vous permettront de fédérer et motiver vos équipes commerciales.
Vous êtes stratège, organisé(e), orienté(e) résultat et adaptable. De plus, vous avez l'habitude de travailler en transversal et de vendre des solutions complexes.
