**Your day to day**:
*** O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar** para integrar a cozinha **da sua nova Unidade em Lisboa**

*** Cozinheiro 2.ª (M/F)**

*** Principais Responsabilidades**:
***
- **Preparar e confecionar as refeições e pratos ligeiros;**

***
- **Receber os víveres e outros produtos necessários à confeção das refeições, sendo responsável pela sua guarda e conservação;**

***
- **Preparar o peixe, os legumes e as carnes e proceder à execução das operações culinárias;**

***
- **Zelar pela limpeza da cozinha, dos utensílios e demais equipamentos.**

- **Formação **profissional na área de Cozinha;**

- **Experiência profissional em funções similares;**

***
- **Valoriza-se experiência em cadeias hoteleiras internacionais;**

***
- **Pessoa dinâmica, proactiva, com espírito de entrega e sentido de responsabilidade;**
- **Facilidade de trabalhar em equipa e gosto pela função;**
- **Flexibilidade e polivalência;**
- **Disponibilidade horária.**
