O papel inclui:
Desenvolver e executar estratégias de crescimento, incluindo planos de negócios e modelos financeiros;
Mantener uma compreensão abrangente do mercado, competidores, stakeholders, oportunidades e riscos;
Gerenciar orçamentos de Desenvolvimento de Negócios de forma eficiente;
Realizar chamadas e reuniões de vendas, monitorando desempenho contra metas;
Identificar, desenvolver e implementar canais e estratégias de desenvolvimento de negócios para levantamento de capital;
Cultivar relacionamentos com parceiros de canais de vendas existentes e novos;
Desenvolver uma estratégia de referências diretas, garantindo a implementação eficaz dos acordos;
Implementar uma Abordagem de Relações com Investidores, incluindo planos de comunicação;
Realizar chamadas regulares com investidores existentes;
Explorar e implementar iniciativas de marketing digital.
Conhecimentos:
Nível superior em Administração de Negócios, Finanças, Contabilidade, Marketing ou disciplina relacionada; ou combinação equivalente de educação e experiência;
Curiosidade e capacidade de pensar e pesquisar para criar soluções inovadoras que diferenciem;
Mindset de serviço com habilidade para identificar oportunidades de negócios e levantamento de capital para a empresa;
Habilidades de gerenciamento de tempo e organização;
Ferramenta de trabalho e engajamento com stakeholders seniores externos, bem como networking e representação da empresa em conferências e eventos globais;
Indivíduo resultado-orientado que toma a iniciativa, é positivo e proativo;
Habilidades analíticas fortes, com atenção ao detalhe;
Habilidades de comunicação e relatórios excelentes;
Conhecimento avançado em Inglês; conhecimento de outras línguas é um plus;
Renda estimada: cerca de $120.000 por ano (sujeito a alterações);
