Business Development Representative with Italian in Portugal

We are a leading recruitment agency, Smart-Recruitments, and we're partnering with a world-class outsourcing company to find the perfect candidate for this role. Our client provides top-notch services related to customer support, content moderation, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities:- Establish daily communication with clients via various channels to identify potential sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Engage in consultative selling to gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Plan actions based on clients' requirements and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research local markets to better understand client needs.
- Develop personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Enhance knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Solve problems, identify trends, and provide valuable feedback on products.
- Utilize various tools to communicate effectively and ensure clients' success.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Italian (at least C1 level).
- Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
- The ideal candidate lives in Lisbon or is willing to relocate.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary range is competitive, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
