Customer Experience Ambassador in Travel Support

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for Booking.com customers.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about travel and has excellent communication skills in French and English. You will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
