Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Recruitment Partner to join our global recruitment team. This full-time position can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process, ensuring successful hires and fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Improve and advise on current recruitment best practices, driving excellence across the organization.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting culture interviews, and managing recruitment activities.
  • Provide project management support for recruitment-based programs and initiatives.
  • Proactively enhance our employment brand by maintaining a strong online presence and engaging with top talent.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • High learning agility and ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and time zones.
  • Passion for high-growth companies and building a strong company culture.
  • Strong customer service orientation, confidentiality, and tact when handling sensitive information.
  • Highly organized, able to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using specific systems and platforms, including MS Office Suite, Google, and HRIS/recruitment tools.

Salary:

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role comes with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
