Customer Success Lead for German-Speaking Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets and industries.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of customers, driving growth and satisfaction through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations, facilitating scalable campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration with Zendesk's products.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute tailored customer engagement strategies to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions and processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven ability to identify business objectives and map solutions effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both beginners and developers.
- Experience working with tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk.
- Familiarity with data-driven approaches and continuous improvement methodologies.
