About the Role

At Minacs, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information

- Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)

- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)

- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users

- Proactivity, self-motivation, and a great team player mindset
