About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team at AZWP Services Portugal. Lda.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across national and international levels. This includes managing multiple processes simultaneously, monitoring different processes to ensure procedural compliance, and documenting analysis and validation in accordance with contract guarantees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12th year level education or technical course completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C1 level).
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
