Customer Success Coordinator

At Bio Fagnes, we are on a mission to revolutionize the way restaurants operate. We're looking for a talented Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring seamless customer onboarding and training
  • Identifying and clarifying partner needs to create value for our restaurant partners
  • Providing exceptional customer service and setting realistic expectations for the partnership
  • Executing restaurant requests for changes on the platform and resolving technical issues
  • Working with our Media Partners to ensure our customers succeed with their marketing program

You will be working closely with our team to develop targets and strategies that drive growth and success. If you have a passion for customer success, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
