About the Role

In this Sales Development Representative role, you will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation engine by delivering pipeline at scale to the Sales counterparts. Your focus will be on people, process, and tools.

This is a great opportunity to be a member of our high-performing Sales team at a hyper-growth technology company. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers that need help finding solutions
  • Develop your customer-centric sales skills to deliver a stellar customer experience
  • Learn Cloudflare's products and services in detail

This position requires fluency in Spanish and Italian. If you are fluent in both languages, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

You will own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, value of sales pipeline, and revenue. You will develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads, discover pain points, and map them to Cloudflare's broad set of solutions. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of experience in BDR or a similar capacity in the technology industry, preferably in SaaS
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
