We're seeking a talented Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading provider of premium outsourced customer support services. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to drive customer happiness and work with cutting-edge technology.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, and ensuring seamless experiences. You will also be expected to maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services, apply the latest customer happiness practices, and securely work with customers' sensitive information.
Requirements- Native German and English B2 language proficiency
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience providing support via chats and emails
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
SupportYourApp offers a competitive salary of approximately $$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work fully remotely, and inclusive international environment.
