Job Description

As a Global Customer Support Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers through phone and email support
  • Responsible for resolving customer queries and ensuring timely resolution and response
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of
  • Follow the direction of management and provide feedback as necessary

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

 

German C2 Proficiency

">

You should have a high level of proficiency in German (C2), enabling you to communicate complex ideas and nuances effectively.

 

Customer Service Experience

">

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, where you have consistently delivered excellent service and exceeded customer expectations.

 

Technical Troubleshooting

">

You should be self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.

 

EU Citizenship or Residence Card

">

EU citizenship or a residence card/manifest of interest is required for this position.
