We're seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Powerdot, a pioneering company in the electric vehicle charging industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity involves resolving high volumes of customer contacts through various support channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat. You will work closely with our internal teams to investigate case details, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Investigate case details to identify root causes and implement troubleshooting steps
- Monitor our charger network to identify potential issues and escalate urgent problems
- Learn and master multiple applications, including contact management systems and knowledge bases
- Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in customer support, with experience in resolving complex issues
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to think independently and proactively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to new situations and technologies
- Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
