Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible.

About the Role

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical support environment;
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (C1 level) and excellent English communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
