About Us: Cross Border Talents is a leading player in the global sports betting and gaming industry with a strong presence in various markets.

Job Role: We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance to our customers via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Offer prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who has an interest in sports. The ideal candidate should have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) and be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Salary and Benefits: The base salary is 870 x 14, and a complexity bonus of 80 x 11 is also included. Meal allowance and health insurance are also provided.

Work Schedule: The position requires availability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts, with 2 days off per week. The workload is 40 hours per week, and the workplace is in Lisboa.

Contract Details: The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of renewal.
