Customer Service Agent Job Overview
Siemen Mobility is searching for a Customer Service Agent to join their Center of Competence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of customer tickets, verifying and qualifying them, and ensuring timely responses. Excellent communication skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of incoming customer tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution
- Verify and qualify customer tickets, escalating issues as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers to analyze customer-reported bugs and make decisions on bug, feature, or change request classification
- Test bug fixes and new features to ensure desired behavior
Requirements:
- Experience in user support or service request management, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Confidence in using English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a dynamic environment
