About the Role: As a Dutch-English Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences to clients across the globe. This role involves answering incoming communications from customers, resolving order-related issues, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve order-related issues using both written communication and voice channels
- Stay current on the latest technology and trends

What We Offer:
