We partner with over 1,200 businesses across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, with more than 2,200 contracted locations. Our team is passionate about creating bespoke solutions to better serve our partners' customers and making EV charging simpler, readily available, and integrated with diverse retail and service experiences.
About the Role
We're seeking a top performer who shares our mission and values, and who is ready to think disruptively and join our exciting journey. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a high volume of customer contacts through various support channels, including inbound, outbound calls, and emails.
You will investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues and troubleshooting steps, monitor our network of chargers to identify potential problems, and communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include triaging and escalating urgent issues, completing thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends, and providing feedback to management teams regarding processes and trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer support, a high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity for problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership. You should be fluent in both oral and written English, French, and Portuguese, and have a deep understanding of the user experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as adaptability to varied communication methods.
We're looking for someone with empathy and enthusiasm for the area of electric mobility. Although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued. If you're based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, and available to work rotating shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
