Overview: As a Key Account Growth Specialist at Zendesk, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering on the strategy for your region. This position requires a unique blend of sales skills, creativity, and a customer-centric approach.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute innovative prospecting strategies to engage both cold accounts and new groups within existing customers.
  • Generate high-value pipeline through targeted outreach to start-ups, enterprises, and other high-growth businesses.
  • Utilize social tools to source new leads and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
  • Passion for consultative sales and a solid understanding of SaaS sales principles.
  • Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as fluency in German and English.
  • Prioritizing Polish or another CEE language is highly beneficial.
