Your Role
As a Consumer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to consumer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful assistance;
- Listening attentively to consumer concerns, empathizing with their needs, and striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction;
- Providing product information, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance to consumers;
- Monitoring back orders, informing customers about new products, delivery times, and price changes;
- Documenting consumer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles;
- Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish (optional);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools;
- Availability for hybrid work.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
