Senior Business Development Manager for HPE and Aruba Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team as internal support to our vendor business lead. Your primary focus will be on driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Engaging with Business Units and General Sales, delivering desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share.
- Preset sales tasks in configurators, setting prices, and sending offers.
- SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND IDEAS TO ASSIST BUSINESS GROWTH
- Owning the building of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system.
- Providing weekly reports to vendors on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline.
- Supporting the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
- Supporting the execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.
- Identifying training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and addressing accordingly.
- The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales team.
- Communicating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in developing business in HPE and/or Aruba.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer needs.
- A high level of Portuguese and English is required, as you'll be communicating with various countries across Europe.
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition would be ideal.
- Degree in a business-related subject is an advantage.
- Initiative and Interpersonal Skills are essential.
- Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolios.
- Telephone sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
